Today, we proudly recognize four outstanding members of our Department of Parks and Community Engagement who have each reached an incredible milestone—25 years of service to our community.

For a quarter century, their dedication, professionalism, and commitment to excellence have helped enhance our parks, programs, and public spaces. Their hard work has made a lasting impact on our residents and earned the respect and appreciation of their colleagues throughout the years.

Twenty-five years of service is a remarkable achievement, and we are grateful for the passion, leadership, and quality of work they continue to bring each day.

Congratulations to Quentin Webb, Sharon Dziedzic, Helen Regalado, and Julio Horrego on this well-deserved milestone, and thank you for 25 years of making a difference in our community! 🎉👏

Today, our future lifeguards kicked off the summer season at Milander Aquatic Center with an intensive orientation designed to prepare them for success. Participants worked through realistic in-water emergency scenarios, received classroom instruction on department standards and expectations, and completed comprehensive tours of each of our aquatic facilities.

We are committed to ensuring our aquatic team is trained, prepared, and ready to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for our community all summer long.

The future of aquatic safety starts here. 💪☀️
