Today, Hollywood Fire Rescue joins communities across the country in recognizing Juneteenth. A day that marks the end of slavery in the United States and celebrates freedom, resilience, and progress.

As we reflect on this important moment in our nation’s history, we’re reminded of the values that strengthen our community: unity, equality, and service.

The City of Hollywood, Florida Government hosted a Pride Flag Raising Ceremony on June 1, recognizing this month as , celebrating unity, inclusion, and community together. Happy Pride Month! 🌈

Repairs to the water main leak on A1A have been completed. The precautionary boil water advisory has been lifted for customers from Iris Terrace south to Hallandale Beach Boulevard. It is no longer necessary to boil water first before consuming.
