Scientists at Mie University used CRISPR gene-editing technology to selectively remove the extra copy of chromosome 21 from human cells with Down syndrome. Down syndrome occurs when a person has three copies of chromosome 21 instead of the usual two. The researchers successfully eliminated the extra chromosome in laboratory-grown cells, allowing many of the cells' gene activity patterns to return closer to normal. This does not mean Down syndrome has been cured. The work was performed on cells in a laboratory, not in living patients, and many scientific and safety challenges remain before any potential medical treatment could be developed. René Mayrhofer, Google's Android security director, announced his departure in an open letter titled "Google Management Has Lost Its Moral Compass." He criticized Google's work with the US Department of Defense and its shift away from some environmental commitments while prioritizing AI. You see how the rules change for white people in America?? David Pleasant was unarmed and running away from a confrontation when he was murdered by Alec Adamson and Mason Schiller. The same people who gave Karmelo Anthony 35 years when evidence showed clear self defense reduced The 20 year sentence that was recommended by the prosecution to 4 years and didn’t Charge Mason Schiller at all. Alec Adamson is already eligible for parole after what he did. This is a cold blooded prime example of the rules changing based off the race of the person being accused and the race of victim.
