Through school-based programs and professional training, we work to ensure that children are respected, nurtured, and protected.

In addition, our programs promote healthy social and emotional development in all children and families. Our Strategy is to train individuals to deliver our solutions to children and youth of greater Houston and measurably influence their awareness, beliefs and attitudes. This promotes healthy decision-making skills which are proven to prevent risky behaviors and abuse.

A caring, supportive adult can help a child build confidence, resilience, and a strong sense of belonging. Whether it's through listening, encouraging, teaching, or simply being present, fathers play an important role in helping children thrive.

🀝 It was a pleasure to attend the Community Partners Appreciation Breakfast at Amigos Por Vida! πŸ₯ž

We appreciate the Amigos Por Vida team for organizing such a fantastic gathering and for bringing together so many dedicated community partners. We especially enjoyed watching the talented students perform, including the band, mariachi musicians, and dance group. Their enthusiasm, talent, and pride were truly inspiring and a wonderful reminder of the impact of investing in our children. It was also a pleasure to connect with fellow community partners from Ibn Sina Foundation, and The Source. Building strong partnerships is essential to creating brighter futures for the children and families we serve. A special thank-you to Ms. Zelaya and Ms. Mukerji for inviting us to be part of this wonderful event. πŸ™Œ

πŸ† Thank you, Amigos Por Vida, for your valued partnership and commitment to the community. We look forward to continuing our collaboration and another successful year of serving students and families together.

🌟 Thank you for helping us build brighter futures πŸ™

As another school year comes to a close, all of us at ChildBuilders want to express our heartfelt gratitude to the educators we are privileged to serve. Thank you for the care, dedication, and encouragement you bring to children and families every day. Your work helps create safe, supportive learning environments where students can learn, grow, and thrive.

This year, our school partners helped over 52,000 children develop the skills to recognize unsafe situations, use assertiveness to help protect themselves, and seek help from trusted adults. As they head into summer, these children are better prepared to stay safe and navigate challenges with confidence.

We wish you a fun, safe, and relaxing summer filled with joy, rest, and special memories. β˜€οΈπŸŒ΄

πŸ’š Mental Health Matters All Year Long πŸ’š

As Mental Health Awareness Month comes to a close, we hope you’ll continue reflecting on what a β€œgood day” means for you and the children in your life. Remember, for a child, a β€œgood day” might include:
πŸ’¬ Feeling safe enough to share their feelings
😊 Hearing encouraging words from a trusted adult
❇️ Having conversations where they feel seen and heard

ChildBuilders believes every child deserves more good daysβ€”not just in May, but every day of the year. Let’s continue building a world where empathy, connection, and emotional well-being are part of everyday life.✨

πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ This Memorial Day, we honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

At ChildBuilders, we believe one way to honor their legacy is by creating safe, supportive communities where every child can thrive. As we remember and reflect today, may we also lead with compassion, service, and care for the next generation. Our children are the future and teaching them the value of freedom, kindness, and responsibility helps shape a stronger tomorrow. πŸŒ±πŸŽ–οΈ

πŸ’¬ As John Adams said, "Children should be educated and instructed in the principles of freedom."
