Today, we celebrate and honor the fathers, grandfathers, stepfathers, and father figures who provide guidance, support, and encouragement to their families and communities.

Thank you for the positive impact you make each day. We wish all fathers and father figures a wonderful and well-deserved Father's Day.

Today, we commemorate Juneteenth, a day that marks the end of enslavement in the United States and serves as an opportunity to reflect on the ongoing pursuit of freedom, equality, and justice for all.

In observance of Juneteenth, all Fort Bend County offices will be closed today. Regular business operations will resume on the next business day.

We wish everyone a meaningful and reflective Juneteenth.

This Saturday, Judge Sonia Rash hosted another successful Wills and Probate Seminar at the Agriculture Center of Fort Bend in Rosenberg. The event was well attended, and participants engaged in a thoughtful Q&A session, asking many important questions about wills, probate, and estate planning.

A special thank you to Ms. Cheryl Wasicek for her help in planning the event, and to our expert attorneys for sharing valuable information and practical guidance with attendees.

Judge Rash believes that being a public servant means serving the public, and she is grateful for the opportunity to help educate and empower members of our community. Thank you to everyone who attended and helped make this event a success!

This Memorial Day, we pause to remember and honor the courageous service members who laid down their lives for our nation. Their sacrifice will never be forgotten.

Today was a special day as Judge Rash visited Parks Youth Ranch in Richmond, an incredible organization where children in crisis can heal, grow, and build a brighter future. Judge Rash was inspired to learn more about their 24/7 emergency shelter and transitional living facilities, and looks forward to work together in supporting our youth. As someone who regularly works with truancy and mental health cases, Judge Rash understands how important strong community support systems are for children and families in need. Together, we can make a lasting difference for each other and for the next generation.
