UPDATE 3:30PM 6/19/26:

Thank you, Supervisor Travis J. Lingenfelter, for helping clarify that this is a temporary service interruption.

We understand that many residents have questions and concerns, and we want to reassure our community that this announcement applies only to our Family Planning and STD Clinic services at this time.

These services are temporarily suspended while we actively recruit for a Nurse Practitioner. Our goal is to restore these services as quickly as possible, and we will share updates as they become available.

While Public Health agencies across the country continue to face funding and workforce challenges, Mohave County Department of Public Health remains committed to providing essential public health services to our residents. Many of our other programs and services continue to operate as usual.

We understand how important these services are and appreciate the community’s patience and understanding during this temporary transition.
