Belted kingfishers are occasional visitors here, so anytime they come through it’s a big deal. But this action shot of a belted kingfisher surfacing from a successful dive (with a fish in her beak!) is hands down one of the most thrilling wildlife captures we’ve ever had. Moments like these are why we love keeping an eye on the Preserve’s wild side!
