Some friends joined us for a hands-on look at Las Vegas Fire & Rescue's Technical Rescue Team as they trained hundreds of feet above the Las Vegas valley. Their job is to tackle the rescues that require extra skill, extra training and maybe a little extra courage. 🚒

Station 2🚒 had an unforgettable blast at the Careers on Wheels Event at Derfelt Elementary School!✨ The energy was incredible, and everyone had a fantastic time connecting with the students! 😃🙌

Las Vegas Fire & Rescue Arson Investigators are investigating an incident that occurred at Doolittle Park involving a fire on the playground. The first fire unit arrived at the scene within 4 minutes of the initial emergency call and found that the playground equipment was fully engulfed in flames. The fire was successfully extinguished, and no injuries were reported. The Arson unit’s investigation remains ongoing.

Station 44 received a visit from a neighbor who was concerned about her smoke alarms. The crews made time to visit her home that same day. After assessing the situation, they replaced her old smoke alarm with a new one, ensuring her home was protected and making sure she did not have to wait until the next business day.
