Waystone Health & Human Services is hiring Skills Trainer Teachers to provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) support for children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 5–22). This role focuses on in-home and community-based services, working closely with individuals and their families to build skills and confidence in everyday life.
Merrimack Valley, Greater Lowell, & North Shore (family homes + community settings)
3–6 hours/week, with flexible scheduling based on family needs

Waystone Health & Human Services is hiring a Residential Program Manager to lead one of our vibrant group homes in the Merrimack Valley!
You’ll manage all aspects of the group home, and together with your team of Direct Support Professionals, you will foster belonging, independence, and connection for individuals with IDD.
Locations: Andover, Dracut, Haverhill, and Methuen, MA (Group home setting)
Schedule: Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm with on-call flexibility
Salary: $46,800–$52,264 annually

Jay Stephens is the President & CEO of Lowell Five Bank and brings more than 20 years of financial leadership experience to Waystone. Since joining Lowell Five in 2014, Jay has helped guide the bank’s strategic growth and was appointed President & CEO in 2023.
A graduate of University of Massachusetts Amherst and active civic leader, Jay also serves on the boards of the Lowell Plan, Greater Lowell Community Foundation, and Northern Essex Community College Foundation.
