TEAM NICK!!!!
NDE was very happy with the work your hardware team did this past Monday while changing out a switch at NDE HQ during business hours which resulted in minimum downtime. Nick R. did a specular job for us. Nick prepared everything really well and staged the equipment beforehand to minimize the downtime. I believe it was through this effective planning and execution of the switch replacement in coordination with NDE IT that he was able to minimize the outage duration and any inconvenience to NDE users. This is another great example to OCIO collaborating with your customers to deliver great service. Thank you Nick!
