It’s great to see the community of Gordon rebuild a housing structure that had been destroyed by fire in 2020!
Congratulations to Gordon Community Development Corporation and project partners on completion of the new duplex! In addition to these units, community members are planning to build more new housing on nearby lots.

NEDA’s members are doing fantastic work statewide to support the growth of Nebraska’s communities.
It was nice to network, compare notes, and strategize for the future.
Thanks to 6 Regions, One Nebraska and Nebraska Public Power District for presenting research at NEDA on the cost of letting properties sit vacant—and for providing examples of effective redevelopment!

Congratulations to the The Village of Wolbach on the ribbon-cutting of a new splash pad and playground at Memorial Park!
The Village used a federal Community Development Block Grant award, along with local matching funds, to complete the project.
