Some dads teach you how to throw a baseball. Team Rubicon dads teach you how to pack a go bag, muck out a flooded home, and show up for strangers on their worst days.
Happy Father’s Day to the dads, grandpas, and father figures wearing the grey shirt. Whether you're leading by example at home or deploying into the storm, thank you for serving with grit, compassion, and resilience.

When the skies are blue, Team Rubicon doesn't sit idle. "Blue Sky" times are exactly when we sharpen our skills, strengthen our communities, and mitigate risks before the next storm hits.
Greyshirt volunteers were at Camp Squanto Scout Reservation to remove dangerous, compromised trees throughout the camp area to ensure the scouts have a safe environment.
Whether it’s a hurricane response or clearing a local youth camp, service is in our DNA.

This National Flag Week, we salute the symbol that unites us all in service. It’s the same flag draped over the uniforms so many of our veterans used to wear, and it’s the symbol of hope we carry into communities experiencing their worst days.
We don't just honor the stars and stripes by flying them; we honor them by rolling up our sleeves, lacing up our boots, and getting to work.

Happy 251st Birthday to the United States Army.
Today, we honor the legacy of the millions of soldiers who have worn the uniform, the families who support them, and the ultimate sacrifices made to protect our liberty since 1775.

Today is the official start of the Atlantic hurricane season.🌀
The forecast might predict fewer storms this year, but it only takes one landfall to disrupt a community.
Our Greyshirts are trained, our gear is staged, and Team Rubicon is ready to roll the moment disaster strikes.
The best time to prepare for a storm is before it forms. Ensure your household is ready by checking out our expert-approved 2026 Hurricane Preparation Checklist: https://trusa.co/4o3yuBx

Historic flooding in mid-April devastated communities across northern Michigan, forcing families from their homes and leaving many without flood insurance or a clear path to recovery.
Our Greyshirt volunteers stepped up immediately, diving into communities to provide critical muck-out and debris removal services.
Incident Commander Colleen shared how inspiring it was to watch the team unite on the ground:
"I was so proud to have been able to lead a group of people from all walks of life—military, first responders, and kickass civilians—all focused on one common goal: making a difference to the homeowners of Cadillac."

When disaster strikes, Greyshirts don’t hesitate, even on a holiday weekend.
Over Memorial Day weekend, a major chemical spill in Garden Grove, CA, forced the evacuation of 50,000 residents. With just 30 minutes notice, 20 local Greyshirt volunteers rapidly deployed to set up two emergency shelters.
Bravo Zulu to our Greyshirts for their quick response and dedication to stepping up when their community needed them most. Team Rubicon is continuing to support local authorities and partners as this situation unfolds.
