A year ago today, thousands of you gathered at Gloria Molina Park to stand together and pray for an end to the violent ICE raids that have been tearing our families apart.

We then marched to the downtown federal detention center to say no to the militarization of DTLA, no to ICE, no to the national guard, no to the marines. We marched, linked arm in arm, to affirm our shared belief in the DIGNITY of every person, regardless of immigration status.

The work continues as we work day in and day out towards a county of equity and abundance for all.
