What a beautiful day of community, connection, and celebration!

Last week, Penny Lane Centers’ North Hills Community & Family Resource Center was honored to host our Community Baby Shower for expectant mothers, fathers, and support persons alongside our amazing partners at Mama’s Neighborhood. Families enjoyed an afternoon filled with games, prizes, laughter, learning, and meaningful moments centered around identity, connection, and bonding.

From the warm community atmosphere to the incredible baby bundles and essentials provided to families, this event was a true reminder of what can happen when a community comes together to support one another. Thank you to Mama’s Neighborhood for helping make this event so special, and to every staff member, volunteer, and attendee who brought such positive energy and love into the space.

We are so grateful to continue creating spaces where families feel welcomed, celebrated, and supported every step of the way. 💕👶✨

In honor of , two organizations committed to equity, healing, and community are coming together for an important conversation. 💛✨

Penny Lane Centers is proud to partner with Asian Americans Advancing Justice Southern California for our Q2 Courageous Conversations event — creating space for honest dialogue, reflection, and collective action.

On May 7, guest speaker Ronnette Ramos will lead Honoring History, Facing Today, Supporting Tomorrow: Standing with AAPI Communities in Los Angeles — a meaningful discussion centered on uplifting AAPI voices, recognizing present-day challenges, and building a more just and inclusive future together.

These are the conversations that strengthen community, deepen understanding, and inspire action. ❤️ We invite Penny Lane staff to show up, listen, learn, and stand in solidarity with our AAPI communities.

Last week, our Penny Lane Centers Community & Family Resource Center brought the community together for an unforgettable Bike Giveaway—and wow, did it deliver! From smiles to safe rides, this event was all about wellness, connection, and getting our families rolling in the right direction. 💙

A HUGE shoutout to our incredible partners who made it all happen:
