This series brings together seven Japanese anime spanning four decades, from 1984 to 2024. Together, they trace evolving explorations of the pastoral imagination in contemporary Japanese anime.

Proposal is to demolish a house, and build an 8-story apartment (86 ft tall) with 40 units (8 low-income). All studios and 1-bedroom units. No parking spaces. Large mature trees in front yard will be cut down. No front yard will be provided, building will begin next to the sidewalk.

A few recent infrastructure upgrades observed at the pedestrian level on Santa Monica Boulevard between Westgate and 405.

Part of the larger CalTrans multi-year State Route 2 AKA Santa Monica Boulevard multi modal upgrade. Estimated project end date 2028.
