Yesterday, one of our LAPD officers faced a life-threatening encounter and, thanks to their training, courage, and protective equipment, was unharmed. We are incredibly grateful that our officer went home safely. We would also like to extend our sincere appreciation to @pointblankenterprises Point Blank Enterprises for providing the high-quality body armor that helped protect one of our own in the line of duty. The images serve as a powerful reminder of the critical role protective equipment plays in safeguarding those who protect our communities every day. To the men and women of the @lapdhq thank you for your continued service, dedication, and sacrifice.
