Magistrate Court Clerk’s Office, Pretrial, and Administrative Office are closed today. Our 24/7 Warrant Division will remain open to serve. Wedding Ceremonies at Noon & 6 pm. Celebrate Freedom!

The Magistrate Court of Cobb County is seeking a part-time judge in the Warrant Division. Applicants must meet all statutory qualifications in O.C.G.A. § 15-10-22 & Cobb County Code § 10-1 and be available to work at night and/or on the weekend 1-2 times per week.
