We're thrilled to announce the opening of our Community Garden!

This summer, we're celebrating our Summer Reading Program theme, "Plant a Seed, Read," by encouraging growth both in our gardens and in our imaginations. Just as a tiny seed can grow into something amazing, every book we read plants new ideas, knowledge, and inspiration.

Our community garden is a place where neighbors of all ages can connect with nature, learn about gardening, and watch the results of their hard work bloom throughout the season. We invite everyone to stop by, explore the garden, and see how reading and growing go hand in hand.

Whether you're planting vegetables, flowers, or the seeds of a new adventure through a great book, there's something for everyone this summer!

Floral Suncatchers in our Adult Craft Hour today! Join us every Monday at 1pm for crafting fun!

🧊❄️Popsicle storytime today! We learned about the invention of the popsicle, made popsicle chalk art, crafted a paper popsicle, and ended with enjoying a real popsicle treat! Storytime every Friday 11am and 4pm. 🧊❄️

🦉Yesterday, we enjoyed learning all about being good stewards of our land with an interactive storytime led by our Shawnee National Forest Ranger, Vincent! 🦉

We are trying to make the transition from Hoopla to Libby as seamless as possible! Hoopla will deactivate on June 30th, but you will still have access to anything you have checked out at the time of deactivation and you can always access your account and history.

Thank you Burks Family Alpaca farm for the live entertainment at our little library! We had a great time feeding the Alpacas, petting them, and learning all sorts of fun Alpaca facts!
