Crews continue making progress on the Puppy Dog Coulee storm sewer project in southwest Minot.

Current work includes sanitary sewer installation along 24th Ave SW. Use extra caution in the area, as crews are working in a deep excavation with heavy equipment and increased construction truck traffic.

This morning, crews began curb and gutter installation on the west side of 16th St SW as work continues through Phase 9.

Traffic impacts remain in place:
➡️ 24th Ave SW remains closed between Mall Loop Road and the east entrance to the Arco Gas Station.
➡️ Through traffic is detoured to 22nd Ave SW.
➡️ The temporary traffic shift on 16th St SW remains in place.
➡️ No left turns from 24th Ave SW onto 16th St SW.

Businesses in Dakota Plaza, Highlands Plaza, and along 24th Ave SW remain open and accessible.

Please remember the speed limit through the work zone is 15 mph.
