Hello everyone! Below is our menu for this week! Today we are serving Baked Salmon with Bulgur and Cauliflower. We also are having a trip to Botanic Gardens at 12:15 and a Diamond Arts and Craft Class at 12:30.

10:30 - 11:30 - Zumba w/ Juliana
11:30 - 12:30 - Quinoa w/ Black Beans and Sweet Potato w/ Soup
12:15 - 2:00 - Painting
1:00 - 2:00 - Jewish Tradition Arabic/Eng
2:00 - 3:00 - Current Events Arabic/Eng

Today we are having Chair Yoga with DInara from 10:45 - 11:45, a vegetarian lunch of Whole Wheat Lo Mein w/ Chickpeas and Diamond Arts and Crafts from 12:15 - 2:30.

Our calendar for the month of March! On Wednesday April 22nd, we will be having a Challah Bake at 1:00pm!
