I had the honor of speaking at the graduation ceremony for P.S. 111 Adolph S. Ochs elementary school.
Thank you to Principal Edward Gilligan for the invitation, and to the incredible teachers, staff, and families whose hard work and support helped make this milestone possible.
Congratulations to the graduates of P.S. 111 Adolph S. Ochs! The future is bright, and I can’t wait to see all that you accomplish in the years ahead. 🎓💫
Thank you to everyone who came out to our free community blood pressure screening with Northwell Greenwich Village Hospital. It was great to help connect neighbors with preventive care, cardiovascular education, and health resources right here in the community.
High blood pressure is often called the “silent killer” because it can go unnoticed for years — which is why screenings like this matter. Grateful to our partners at Northwell and to everyone who stopped by to take a moment for their health. Northwell Health

I had the privilege of speaking at the Professional Performing Arts School Senior Awards Ceremony and presenting a The New York State Senate Certificate of Recognition to Olivia Culver, recipient of the Community Service Award.
Olivia’s dedication to serving others and making a positive impact on her community embodies the best of public service. It was an honor to recognize her outstanding contributions and celebrate this milestone alongside the graduating Class of 2026.
Congratulations, Olivia, and congratulations to all of this year’s graduates as you begin your next chapter! 🎓✨
Thank you to Good Heart Art | Classes for Littles for inviting me to visit your inspiring new space at 134 W. 29th St., Suite 702!
Good Heart Art is creating a place where children can be their authentic selves, explore their creativity without limits, and build confidence through art, play, and self-expression. I loved learning about the organization’s mission to foster imagination, community, and joy for families in our neighborhood.
Wishing Brittany and the entire Good Heart Art team continued success in this exciting new chapter! 🎨❤️
I was proud to join the ribbon-cutting for The New York Historical's Tang Wing for American Democracy — a major investment in preserving and telling the story of our nation, our city, and the ongoing fight to make the promise of freedom and equality real for everyone.
I’m especially excited that it will also become the future home of The American lgbtq+ Museum — creating a permanent place where LGBTQ+ history is not pushed to the margins, but recognized as an essential part of the American story.
At a time when LGBTQ+ people are under attack across the country, building a home for our history is an act of affirmation, remembrance, and hope. I’m grateful to The New York Historical and everyone who made this visionary project possible.
