Rayna Rampaul was a supervising sergeant in the Photo Unit at NYPD Headquarters in Lower Manhattan when she submitted roughly 1,680 hours for standard and OT tours that she didn’t actually work, prosecutors said.

They stole everything from ci******es to frozen lamb, putting it on trucks with pilfered travel labels for transport to New York City, where it was sold on the black market, court records say.
