A father’s love is strong and true,
A steady hand in all we do.

Through every joy and challenge faced,
His wisdom, strength, and care are placed.

Today we pause to simply say,

Thank you, Dad, on Father’s Day. ❤️

Today, we celebrate Juneteenth and honor the resilience, perseverance, and immeasurable contributions of Black Americans throughout our nation’s history.

At the Emma L. Bowen Community Service Center, we recognize that lasting community wellness is built on equity, opportunity, dignity, and justice for all. As we reflect on the significance of this day, we reaffirm our commitment to advancing healthier, stronger, and more inclusive communities where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.

Last night at Terrace on the Park, Bowen Center CEO Amber Shah was honored by Schneps Media as a Healthcare Hero during a wonderful evening celebrating leaders making a meaningful impact across healthcare and human services. The event was emceed by Emmy Award-winning PIX11 News anchor Sanchez .

This well-deserved recognition reflects Amber’s leadership, compassion, and commitment to expanding access to community-based behavioral health care and supportive services for individuals and families across New York City.
