NEW CLASS ALERT 🚨 We are excited to launch two of our latest Yoga classes next week. Mondays at 6:30pm Hatha Yoga & Harmony (traditional + breathwork) and then Tuesdays at 4:44pm Hatha Yoga + Eye Health.
Both of these classes are led by Anand Ashvattha anandafreedomfamily an experienced Yoga instructor and energy healer, and local LES resident! They’re all donation based with some suggested donations based off a sliding scale model. Come join us next week!
We are so grateful to our partners , , and the volunteers here at for making this beautiful program possible. We’re excited to see everyone again today for fresh produce, community fun, fandom(!!!), and more! We are still buzzing after last weeks CSA kickoff event. Celebrating 30 years of this vital program in the Lower East Side and our new partnership with the BQE (BIPOC Q***r Expressway) Farming Coalition .ny , the Mayor’s Office of Urban Agriculture and L.ES. Raíces bring food and farm education to local schools.
