Members of the COBA Executive Board were honored to attend the NYCD GUARDIANS ASSOCIATION 87th Scholarship Awards Dinner Dance, a night dedicated to recognizing the achievements of correction professionals throughout New York.

We extend our congratulations to COBA Treasurer Angel Castro, recipient of the Commitment and Dedication Award, and COBA Sergeant-at-Arms Edward Yates, recipient of the Kinship Award. COBA is proud to celebrate alongside them and all of this year’s deserving honorees!

COBA President Benny Boscio Jr. and members of the Executive Board were proud to participate in a day of celebration, marching alongside both the Guyanese American Law Enforcement Association during Brooklyn’s Guyana Independence Day Parade and GOAL during their annual Pride event.

From celebrating 60 years of Guyanese independence to supporting fellow law enforcement organizations across New York City, COBA was honored to stand alongside diverse communities and recognize the culture, heritage, and contributions that help make our city strong!
