Today we honor — a day recognizing freedom, resilience, history, and the continued importance of education, reflection, and community. ❤️🖤💚

Juneteenth commemorates June 19, 1865, when enslaved people in Galveston, Texas were informed of their freedom, more than two years after the Emancipation Proclamation.

As we celebrate this important day, we also recognize the ongoing contributions, culture, strength, and voices of Black communities throughout history and today.

This International Men’s Health Week, we’re recognizing the importance of care, connection, and support throughout every stage of life. 💙

This year’s theme, “Partners in Care: For Better Lifespans Across the Lifespan,” reminds us that wellness is lifelong — shaped by healthy habits, preventive care, emotional well-being, community support, and healthy aging.

Together, these partnerships help build stronger, healthier communities for all.

On World Caring Day, we’re reflecting on the small moments that make a meaningful impact. 💙

Care isn’t always grand gestures — sometimes it’s a conversation, a shared laugh, a helping hand, or simply showing up for someone who needs support.

Observed annually on June 7, World Caring Day is a global reminder of the power of compassion, empathy, and kindness in everyday life. It also shines a light on the importance of supporting family caregivers and those navigating health journeys with strength and resilience.

Today, we celebrate all the caregivers, helpers, advocates, friends, families, and community members creating collected moments of kindness every day.
