💗 BELOVED 💗
This summer, our Princess and All Stars Programs are united under one powerful theme: Beloved.

For many youth who have experienced foster care, questions of identity, worth, and belonging run deep. Our prayer is that every camper leaves knowing they are the Beloved Child of God! Deeply loved, fully known—just as they are.

Throughout camp, we’ll be reminding the youth of a truth that can change everything: their value is not found in performance, popularity, or perfection— it is found in being loved.

Because before they do anything, achieve anything, or prove anything, they are already His. 💕

An amazing team of volunteers from Living Word attended training this weekend to prepare for Camp - an unforgettable week of hope, love, and life-changing memories for children in foster care.

I had the privilege of sharing my experiences, the impact this camp has on kids, and how we can make it happen together through the Arizona Foster Care Tax Credit

By using your tax dollars to support foster kids, you can help send a child to camp at no extra cost to you!

Thank you to everyone who is giving their time, talents, and resources to make a difference.

Together, we can show these kids they are seen, loved, and never alone.

Jesse Best here from the Hope & A Future office! ☀️

This June, I had the privilege of serving at Royal Family Kids Camp for the very first time, and I can honestly say it left a permanent impact on my heart.

For one week, I had the opportunity to laugh, play, encourage, and simply be present with children who have experienced challenges no child should ever have to face. Yet despite their stories, they showed incredible resilience, joy, and strength every single day.

As a young adult, it is easy to get caught up in work, goals, and what comes next. Camp was a powerful reminder that some of the most meaningful moments in life come from showing up for others. While we came to make a difference in these children’s lives, they ended up changing mine just as much.

Thank you to the incredible volunteers who poured their hearts into this week and to everyone who supports Hope & A Future’s mission. The impact of a caring adult can last a lifetime Royal Family Kids Camp - Scottsdale For The Children💛💜

Heavenly Father, Grant foster parents an abundance of patience, wisdom, and endurance. Provide them with the energy and self-care needed to prevent burnout. Give them grace when mistakes are made, and let their homes be havens of peace and healing for the children who enter them. Amen.

We’re excited to announce the launch of our inaugural Ambassadors of Hope Advisory Board — a new group of dedicated business and community leaders committed to strengthening and accelerating the mission of Hope & A Future.

Please join us in welcoming and thanking Amy Carney, Pastor Judith Crist of City of Grace, Ahnjellyka Duque-Parks, Preston Jensen of Panda Accounting, Matt Kenney of Echo Canyon Consulting, Heidi Kim of First Credit Union, Denise McClain of Hirtle, Denver Nowicz of Wealth for Life News, Rayetta Sanchez from AZ Department of Child Safety, Kyle Treude, and Janet Weninger for stepping forward to serve in this important leadership capacity.

Their passion, influence, and commitment to creating brighter futures for foster youth, teens, and young adults will help expand our impact and deepen our reach.

As Galatians 6:9 reminds us:
“Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.”

We’re grateful to have these champions alongside us as we continue investing in hope, opportunity, and lasting change.

If you are interested in learning more or supporting the work of our Ambassadors of Hope Advisory Board, please reach out and we would love to connect with you as well.

📬💌 T.R.A.C. Mail Day is officially underway!

One of the most meaningful traditions at T.R.A.C. is camp mail. Throughout the week, our teens receive notes of encouragement, reminders that they are loved, and messages that help them remember they are not walking alone. Sometimes a simple card becomes something a young person carries for years.

A huge THANK YOU to the amazing young women and mothers of the National Charity League, Inc. Cactus Wren for spending time with us preparing mail and encouragement cards for our campers. Your creativity, kindness, and willingness to serve are helping create moments of connection before camp even begins.

Every sticker placed, every card decorated, and every encouraging word written is part of something bigger. You’re helping foster teens feel seen, valued, and remembered.

Teen Reach Adventure Camp is just around the corner, and our hearts (and mailboxes!) are getting ready. 💙🏕️✉️
