Over the next few weeks, 50 PHX Teen Navigators will be helping travelers at America's Friendliest Airport,® while building on their own leadership and communication skills. Reminder – the public comment period on the draft environmental assessment for the Phoenix Area FAA Modernization Project ends June 30, 2026. This project is led by the FAA and proposes new and updated satellite based flight procedures to enhance safety and improve the efficiency of airspace serving Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and surrounding airports. The draft environmental assessment is available on the project webpage at: faa.gov/air_traffic/community_engagement/phx

Airport employees from multiple companies that work with customers at Phoenix Sky Harbor participated today in the 5th annual PHX Customer Service Forum. Attendees were nominated by their companies and heard from customer service leaders from the Arizona Biltmore and Chick-fil-A Arcadia at the event. Participants also took part in collaborative exercises along with sharing tips and best practices. PHX holds the forum as part of our efforts to provide exceptional service at America’s Friendliest Airport®.
