Help support our unhoused neighbors this summer by donating essential supplies like water, sunscreen, insulated water jugs, cooling towels, and anything else from (or off) our wishlist. Every contribution helps someone stay safe in extreme heat.

Join us for our next Thirst Aid on July 11 from 9:00 AM–12:00 PM at 1300 W Harrison St, Phoenix, AZ 85007. Bring what you can and be part of the effort to provide relief during the hottest months of the year.

We hope to see you there!

A huge thank you to Financial Credit Union for helping us build 1,200 heat relief kits for our neighbors experiencing homelessness. ☀️💙

These kits do more than provide relief from the Arizona heat—they help our outreach teams build trust, offer compassion, and connect people to life-changing services.

As Outreach Specialist Joshua Pearson says, "The kits help establish a sometimes-lost connection between people's crisis and services."

Happy Juneteenth from Keys to Change. Today we celebrate Black excellence, and take time to understand, talk about, and learn from our nation’s history.

Pictured is a festive banner in the Keys to Change Housing Match office – where the team works every day to correct the harm done by systemic housing discrimination. Shout out to the Housing Match team for advancing equity everyday through human-centered navigation, data-driven housing prioritization, and solutions-focused eviction prevention!!

Keys to Change won’t stop until we end homelessness in our community. In the words of Opal Lee, the Grandmother of Juneteenth: “We have simply got to make people aware that none of us are free until we’re all free.”

Jerman’s story is one of unimaginable loss, resilience, and the long road back to stability. After the passing of his young son, grief reshaped his life and eventually led to 13 years without a home. Through it all, he held onto faith and the belief that something could still change.

That change came when he connected with Keys to Change and found more than services—he found dignity, consistency, and people who saw him for who he is.

Today, Jerman is housed, rebuilding, and looking ahead with purpose. He’s studying ASL, working toward becoming an interpreter, and redefining success as stability, peace, and connection.

This is what “home” can make possible. Help Neighbors like Jerman Find the Way Home.

Imagine spending a day outside in 110°+ heat without access to water, shade, or air conditioning. For many in our community, that's a reality.

Through our Thirst Aid Heat Relief Drive, we're working to provide relief, resources, and hope during the hottest months of the year.

Every bottle of water, every cooling center, and every donation makes a difference. Help us keep our neighbors safe this summer.

June’s Thirst Aid event was a success, bringing our community together to provide essential hydration during the summer heat.

We are grateful to Central Arizona Shelter Services for partnering with us and to Mayo Clinic for their generous water donation, as well as to all volunteers, donors, and community partners who made this effort possible.

Join us for our next Thirst Aid event on July 11 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

“We’re going to need a bigger truck…”

That’s what we said when we arrived at Arizona Financial Credit Union to pick up their water drive donation.

Because as the drive wore on, 100 cases became 500 cases and then became an incredible 1,400 cases of employee-donated bottled water.

At day’s end, 20 pallets of life-saving drinking water made their way to Key Campus to help our unsheltered neighbors stay hydrated and healthy this summer.

THIS is what community care looks like!
