🚨 MOBILE HOME OWNERS 🚨

This morning we mailed roughly 73,000 Mobile Home Notices of Value.

Keep an eye out for this notice to see how your FCV and LPV have changed over the past year.

We recently began our Legal Class Verification process to ensure all property is valued fairly and equitably.

If you received a Notice of Intent to Reclassify to your primary residence, you have until June 15 to respond.

Happy to provide clarification from a concerned property owner:

Dog houses are considered a part of the primary residence and therefore not a tax burden on the canine.
