Transforming Lives. Transforming the Valley.

Phoenix Rescue Mission is a Christ-centered nonprofit serving our Valley neighbors through three core programs:

Street Outreach: Meeting neighbors where they are with water, hygiene items, heat relief, and connections to housing and recovery programs. Residential Recovery: Offering short-term crisis care and long-term programs that address the root causes of addiction and homelessness through cou

Every bottle of water distributed through Code:Red is an opportunity to connect with a neighbor in need. ❤️

Throughout the summer, our Street Outreach team is out providing water, transportation, resources, and support to those facing extreme heat. These interactions help meet immediate needs while creating opportunities to build trust and open the door to additional resources and services.

With the incredible support of our community, we rescued 1,363 neighbors from the streets last year, a 30.6% increase from the year before. 🙏

As temperatures continue to rise across the Valley, our team remains committed to bringing life-saving relief and care to those who need it most.

Last year, thanks to the incredible support of the community, we distributed more than 1.5 million bottles of water. This year, we're aiming even higher.

Our goal is to distribute 2 million bottles of water to help neighbors facing Arizona's extreme heat. We're already 23% of the way there, with more than 458,000 bottles collected so far. 🙏

Here's how you can help:

✔️Donate cases of bottled water
✔️Host a water drive with your church, workplace, school, or community group
✔️Start a fundraiser to support Code:Red
✔️Make a donation to help provide life-saving relief

Every bottle of water helps bring relief, dignity, and hope to neighbors in need.

What's inside a Hope Tote Hygiene Kit? 🎒

Hope Tote Hygiene Kits play a critical role in our Code:Red response, providing life-saving essentials to neighbors facing Arizona's extreme heat.

Our Street Outreach Team is always ready with bottled water, sunscreen, lip balm, socks, first aid items, and other personal hygiene supplies that provide relief and support while living on the streets.

A Hope Tote is more than the items inside. It's often the beginning of a conversation. It is a chance to build trust and connect neighbors with resources they need most.

Every kit is an opportunity to provide relief, dignity, and hope. 🙏

With temperatures continuing to climb across the Valley this week, the risk for our neighbors experiencing homelessness grows more serious each day. Without reliable access to water, shade, or support, even a single day in the Arizona heat can become life-threatening.

That's why our Code:Red Campaign exists.

Throughout the hottest months of the year, our Street Outreach Team is on the ground providing water, hygiene kits, transportation to cooling centers, and compassionate care while partners across the Valley come together to help us make this work possible.

We invite you to walk alongside us. You can donate water, host a water drive, make a gift, or help spread awareness.

Together, we can save lives. 🙏 Learn more at phxmission.org/codered

Our team had a great time hanging out with Bret Vesely and the 98KUPD Official crew to help kick off this year’s Operation Hydration water drive in support of our Code:Red heat relief campaign 🎉

Every case of water donated helps provide hydration, relief, and hope to neighbors facing extreme heat. Thank you to all of the partners, supporters, and community members helping make a difference and save lives across the Valley. 🙏

When Micah approached our Street Outreach Team, he wasn't just looking for resources. He was looking for a way forward.

After years of instability and substance use, he shared that one of the hardest parts was losing connection with the people he loved most. He wanted recovery, but more than that, he wanted the chance to rebuild his life and restore those relationships.

Our team spent time listening, encouraging him, and walking through possible next steps toward treatment and recovery. Before the conversation ended, Micah agreed to enter a
recovery program and take the next step toward healing.

His story is a reminder that transformation is possible, and that even small moments of connection can open the door to hope, healing, and a new beginning. 🙏
