Think-Plan-Doโ€ฆBeing prepared for an emergency can make all the difference. ๐Ÿงฐ

A big thank you to the trainers of last weekโ€™s Feeling Safe, Being Safe Emergency Preparedness Training! During this session, individuals we serve and their family members learned practical emergency preparedness skills, explored essential supplies, and discussed how to build personalized emergency kits along with action plans to help them stay safe during unexpected situations.

Through the Thinkโ€“Planโ€“Do approach, this training was all about how to prepare for emergencies with confidence and control.

Donโ€™t miss the next session on July 1st! Please visit our website for more information on how to register.

๐Ÿ’™๐ŸŠ In a water emergency, every second counts โ€” and knowing CPR could help save a life.

Did you know that CPR with rescue breaths is especially important in drowning emergencies? Quick action before first responders arrive can make a HUGE difference. ๐Ÿš‘โœจ

Ollyโ€™s reminder: being prepared is one of the best ways to keep our communities safe around water! Consider taking a CPR class so youโ€™re ready to jump into action if needed. ๐Ÿ›Ÿ๐Ÿ‘
