FEMALES ONLY! We are an affordable, move-in ready, shared-living home with all utilities included! Large single rooms. This home is secure, drug and alcohol free, peaceful, and in a quiet neighborhood in Portsmouth.
Amenities included: central air, central heat, front porch, dishwasher, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, updated kitchen, updated bathrooms, new carpet in bedrooms, storage, washer dryer, large yard, fruit trees, and shared common spaces. Utilities included: TV, electricity, heat, internet, air conditioning, water, and trash disposal. Unfortunately, animals are not allowed to prevent medical complications to our clients.
We serve but are not limited to independent seniors, veterans, physical/mental disabilities, transitioning teens aging out of foster care, low income, sober living, etc. We accept SSI/SSDI, Housing Vouchers (except Section 8), Self-Pay, Direct Deposit, Third Party Payee services. Income verification required. Date Available: now. $800 for private room. 1st month's rent and $650 deposit required before move-in.
