Congratulations to YN1 Oshane Ebanks on being voted the new Treasurer for CGEA Tidewater branch.

On November 19, the CGEA Tidewater Branch hosted the Turkey Trout 5K in advance of the holiday season. Congratulations to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers, and thank you to the participants, MWR, and all volunteers for their support. 🏃🏾🏃🏼‍♀️🦃🏆

Yesterday, the CGEA Tidewater Branch had a blast at the CPOA Hampton Roads Chapter’s Chiefsgiving event, all while raising money for a great cause!

We hosted a fun and messy fundraiser where attendees voted for someone to get pied in the face. The top 5 vote-getters ended up with some serious pie action. 🥧😄

Thanks to everyone’s incredible support, we raised an amazing $1,420! All the proceeds will go towards bringing gifts to children at Edmarc hospice care this holiday season. 🎁❤️

A huge thank you to everyone who participated, donated, and helped make this event a success! Your generosity will bring so much joy to these children and their families. 🙏✨

🎉 The Base Portsmouth Fall Carnival and Trunk or Treat, hosted by MWR, was a fantastic success. The highlight of the evening was the delicious hotdogs and chili provided by the CGEA Tidewater Branch. Thank you to everyone who came out to enjoy the festivities and support us. A special shoutout to the Hampton Roads CPOA Chapter for being the ultimate grill masters! We couldn’t have done it without you! 🌟

Coast Guard Day 2024 is upon us! Join us on August 2nd at the Children’s Museum of Virginia, hosted by Base Portsmouth MWR. It's a day of family fun you won't want to miss! 🎉

On May 16th, the CGEA Tidewater branch teamed up with the Hampton Roads Chapter CPOA to bring some cool vibes to the base Portsmouth and tenants' annual MWR block party with a delightful snowcone treat! 🍧 It was a refreshing blast!
