The Federal Managers Association is the oldest and largest management organization in the Federal Government. From our modest beginning as the Quartermen/Leadingmen Association our membership now covers all areas of the shipyard and the surrounding area. Our National Association has over 150 chapters in almost all Federal departments and agencies. The National Office is located in Washington, D.C.

What a great evening with FMA Chapter 3!
Thank you to everyone who joined us for our June meeting tonight. We had a wonderful conversation, connected with fellow members, and learned so much from our guest speaker, Capt. William J. Sumsion. We truly appreciate him taking the time to share his experiences, leadership journey, and insights with us.
A special thank you to all who attended and helped make tonight’s meeting a success!
