Holiday House, a 28-bed Intermediate Care Facility serving children with intellectual disabilities, is seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Food Services to lead our dietary department.

This leadership position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Food Service Department while ensuring quality meals, nutritional standards, safety, and compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.

✅ Responsibilities Include:
• Directing daily food service operations
• Planning menus and coordinating special diets
• Supervising and scheduling food service staff
• Managing food inventory, purchasing, and department budgeting
• Maintaining cleanliness, safety, and infection control standards
• Coordinating with nursing staff, dietitians, and other departments
• Maintaining reports, records, and compliance documentation
• Assisting with staff training and development

📋 Qualifications:
• Minimum of two (2) years dietary experience in a residential setting for children
• Training in food management preferred
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Dependable and experienced in planning and supervision

🚨 We’re Hiring: Assistant Maintenance Supervisor 🚨

Holiday House is looking for a dependable and experienced Assistant Maintenance Supervisor to join our team!

This position plays an important role in helping maintain our facility, vehicles, grounds, and equipment while ensuring a safe and clean environment for the individuals we serve.

🔧 Responsibilities Include:
• Assisting with preventive maintenance schedules
• Performing general repairs and ground maintenance
• Assisting with vehicle maintenance
• Maintaining tools and equipment inventory
• Ensuring compliance with OSHA and State Fire regulations
• Supervising the department in the absence of the Maintenance Supervisor
• Assisting with plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and electrical repairs

✅ Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience
• Some supervisory experience preferred
• Knowledge of building codes and safety standards
• Valid Virginia Driver’s License required
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform physical labor
