Our summer outside continues! Yesterday we spent the afternoon in Beacon, crafting with kids and talking about our work. Just like these transformed popsicle sticks, we shared stories of 40+ years of helping families, neighbors, and communities reshape conflict into conversation.

Fresh off of an amazing restorative practices training, we are looking for our next Restorative Justice Programs Coordinator! This position offers a unique opportunity to serve and support young people as they build community, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

Our best candidate will be equally trusted by young people in crisis and a room full of school administrators. They’ll bring care as well as acumen, cultural competence as well as curiosity, and preferably, be bilingual in English and Spanish. If you’re a relationship-focused communicator with experience (or interest) in restorative justice, professional polish, and an ability to manage data and reporting, then we want to hear from you!

We had a wonderful time engaging with youth, families, and educators at the Millbrook High School Wellness Fair. With so many colleagues and neighbors present, there were lots of lively conversations! It’s very special to be out in the community, amplifying our work - and we are grateful to the organizers for the opportunity to do so. 🌟
