The DDWC Women Who Lead Lunch was a meaningful afternoon celebrating leadership, service, and impact across our community. We were honored to recognize and uplift women who continue to lead with purpose and create lasting change. Thank you to everyone who joined us and supports this work.

We were especially proud to honor Mayor Karen Smythe of the Village of Red Hook and Mayor Yvonne Flowers of the City of Poughkeepsie as our 2026 Lucille Pattison Woman of the Year Honorees, recognizing their continued dedication to public service and the communities they lead.
