RHA's Golden Market food pantry is open from 9:00-10:00 a.m. the first and third Thursdays of every month to all community members, with a primary focus on helping those aged 55+. However, no one will be turned away.

The pantry is located at 2565 Tom Sawyer Dr., Reno.

, received an award from of an additional 8 Veteran’s Affairs Supportive Housing (VASH) vouchers, bringing the number of homeless veterans we can help to over 600!

RHA provides VASH vouchers to our community. These vouchers are used in housing homeless veterans in partnership with our U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Office.

Each year, we apply for more vouchers based on data from the VA on homeless veterans in Washoe County.

hosted our third annual First Time Homebuyer Event this Saturday and it was an enthusiastic gathering!

Participants learned about the current state of the market, assistance programs, and about credit repair along with other topics.

They also had the chance to connect with vendors and industry professionals to learn how to further realize their goal of homeownership.
