When it is hot, wear lightweight, loose-fitting, light-colored clothing to reflect heat and sunlight. Hats are a great way to protect your face and scalp from harmful UV rays if you will be spending time directly in the sunshine. And apply sunscreen liberally. www.weather.gov/heatsafety

๐จ FOOD RECALL ALERT ๐จ
Champion Foods LLC is voluntarily recalling certain batches of Motor City Pizza Co. 5 Cheese Bread due to the potential for Salmonella contamination.
Salmonella can cause serious illness, especially in young children, older adults, and people with weakened immune systems. Symptoms may include fever, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, and stomach pain.
At this time, no illnesses or injuries related to these products have been reported. The recall is being conducted out of an abundance of caution after a milk powder ingredient used in the product was linked to a separate recall.
Affected products were sold nationwide at several major retailers, including Costco, Walmart, Kroger, Target, Meijer, Publix, Hy-Vee, and others.
