The Transportation Form MUST be completed for ALL students — this includes:
✅ Bus riders
✅ Car riders
✅ Walkers
Even if your child does not ride the bus, we still need a completed form on file for every student.
Currently, only 46% of forms have been completed district-wide, so we need your help to reach 100%!
📌 Please take a few minutes to complete the form as soon as possible to ensure smooth transportation planning for the upcoming school year.
