Is it FRAUD, WASTE, and ABUSE for the highest paid sheriff with the lowest crime solve rate to now claim RSO is on the edge of disaster because he needs more $$$?

Chad can't solve crimes.

Chad also can't seem to balance the budget of his own agency.

This guy was never qualified to be Governor of California.

While Sheriff Chad Bianco went down in flames statewide (as expected), Riverside County still went for him. This is embarrassing. If we want to remove Johnny as Sheriff in 2028, we have to do better than this.

In the years since, Bianco came to the false belief that his popularity in some corners of Riverside County meant he was destined for higher office.
