Caribbean Nights: Our residents enjoyed Chef Bill’s Jerk Shrimp Taco, mango slaw with a spicy mayo sauce. A crisp, Caribbean tossed salad with a homemade Mango Vinaigrette

🦖🎉 We had a ROAR-some time celebrating National Dinosaur Day! From being dinosaur taste testers and digging for fossils to dancing with a special T-Rex visitor, it was a day full of fun, laughter, and prehistoric adventures! 🦕💃
