Yesterday, Riverside County Veterans Services proudly joined the Riverside County Board of Supervisors in recognizing and honoring women County employees who have served in our nation's Armed Forces.

These remarkable women have answered the call to serve both in uniform and within our community, continuing their commitment to public service through their work for Riverside County. Their leadership, dedication, resilience, and sacrifice have made a lasting impact on our country and our residents.

We extend our deepest gratitude to these veteran employees for their service and for the invaluable contributions they make every day. Thank you for your continued commitment to excellence and to serving others.

Today we honor the courage and sacrifice of the heroes of D-Day whose bravery changed the course of history. We remember and thank the Greatest Generation for their extraordinary service and legacy. 🇺🇸

PTSD Awareness Month reminds us that invisible wounds deserve understanding, compassion, and support. We honor all veterans, service members, and families affected by PTSD and encourage continued awareness, treatment, and hope. 🇺🇸💚

As Military Appreciation Month comes to a close, we extend our deepest gratitude to the brave men and women who have served and continue to serve our country. Your sacrifice, courage, and commitment protect the freedoms we cherish every day.
