Rowan County Emergency Services Department comprises 9-1-1, Emergency Medical (EMS), Fire, and Emergency Management Divisions. In addition, we coordinate emergency activities with the Rowan County Rescue Squad as well as other public or private allied agencies providing emergency services within the county. Our Mission
