American Legion NC Post 106 Salisbury

Tilley Harley-Davidson this Saturday, our Auxiliary UNIT 106 will be helping Happy Smoke BBQ serve their awesome food. Come out and support us.

A combat wounded USMC veteran of Operation Phantom Fury in Fallujah, Iraq and his family will be receiving a new construction, mortgage-free home from Freedom Alliance through our partnership with U.S. Bank and Adams Homes on Wednesday, June 17th at 1000 hours.

🇺🇸 RIDE TO SURVIVE – UPDATE 🇺🇸

Sorry for the delay on this update. Cheryl's health by far is at the forefront of my priorities.

Our fundraising has been slow-going these past few weeks, but the mission continues to move forward.

This weekend, I’ll be at the Car Show at American Legion Post 106
📍 6250 Hwy 801, Salisbury, NC

I’ll be there manning a STOP SOLDIER SU***DE booth, with information on how to get help, who to contact, and how to take that first step if you or someone you know is struggling.

🔧 Good news — Rosie is back.
“Rosie the Riveter” has been repaired with a new transplant and upgrades, giving her even more power for the road ahead.

❤️ My wife Cheryl begins her radiation treatments next Monday, and we’ll be taking in this weekend together—surrounded by the amazing bikes, cars, trucks, and semis on display.

Our plan is to launch the Ride to Survive in late May to early June.

Because no matter what…

The ride must go on.

On a more somber note—

The number we talk about… the 17 to 22 a day…
It grew again.

Today, we laid to rest an active duty United States Marine.
A young man whose life was just beginning—recently pinned Corporal… and now he’s gone.

Let that sink in.

This is why we ride.
This is why we fight.
This is why we don’t quit.
