Honored to be part of a team recognized with a Teamwork Award for the care of a young pediatric patient who suffered a traumatic head injury. Thanks to the rapid collaboration of several Shannon Medical Center departments, the patient received life-saving surgery and was safely transferred to Cook Children’s for specialized care.

Special recognition to our crew - Flight Nurse Lucy and Flight Medic Don - for their outstanding teamwork and dedication. Great outcomes happen when great teams come together. 💚🚁🏥

Last night, AirMed2 partnered with Kimble Hospital and Kimble County EMS during a patient transfer. We appreciate our partners and their continued commitment to exceptional patient care. 💙

Continued education and hands-on training are key to providing the highest level of patient care.

This week, Shannon AirMed had the opportunity to train alongside the Texas A&M Family Practice Residents at Shannon Medical Center, focusing on airway management skills and critical care scenarios.

AirMed instructors Wyatt Huebner and Cody Jenkins led the class, with assistance from Cody Snodgrass and Seth Dean. Thank you to everyone involved for a great day of collaboration and education!
