🌪️ Is Tornado Alley shifting?
For decades, tornadoes were most commonly associated with Texas, Oklahoma, and Kansas. But researchers have found that tornado activity has increasingly clustered farther east, particularly across parts of the Mid-South and Southeast.
The traditional Tornado Alley isn't disappearing, but the map may not be as simple as it once was.
Did this surprise you, or did you already know tornado activity has been trending eastward?

Roads move people.
Power lines move electricity.
Data moves decisions.
The property industry is becoming increasingly dependent on accurate, reliable property intelligence. Contractors, adjusters, carriers, inspectors, and property owners all rely on data to estimate, document, communicate, and make informed decisions.
When the data is accurate, projects move faster, claim files stay cleaner, and everyone spends less time debating the facts.
The future of the property industry isn't just about collecting more information.
It's about building better infrastructure for better decisions.

TORNADO AREA TOMORROW:
A frontal boundary will sweep southeast tomorrow across , eastern and with some modest flow and instability returning to the region, just enough to introduce low end tornado chances. It does appear there will be two rounds of storms, with the first moving through in the late morning and early afternoon, and another developing behind that.
The second round appears to focus more on Michigan and Indiana, with Illinois mainly getting into the first round. Round two stands a better chance at producing tornadoes, if the instability can build back sufficiently as suggested by some guidance. Its not a major setup, but enough is there for a brief/weak tornado or two.
