The men who step up to serve as advocates provide stability, encouragement, and a powerful example of compassion in action. Congratulations to our newest class of 16 CASA Advocates.
Today, they took the oath to stand up for children in foster care and ensure their voices are heard. Among this class are a father who joined his daughter in serving as a CASA Advocate and a husband who followed in his wife’s footsteps to begin his own advocacy journey.
The need for children doesn’t stop with one person—it grows when family, friends, and loved ones choose to serve together.

Every child deserves a consistent, caring advocate who shows up for them during some of life’s most difficult moments.
The data in this snapshot reflects the children served over the past fiscal year alongside the advocates who supported them. While advocates come from many backgrounds, this also highlights an important opportunity: strengthening male representation among volunteers.
Male advocates play a vital role in bringing diverse perspectives, mentorship, and support to children who benefit from seeing a range of positive role models in their lives. Expanding this representation helps ensure the system better reflects and responds to the needs of the children we serve.
