For so many, Mother's Day is difficult and heavy. Whether you're grieving a mother, a child, a partner, or anyone else connected to this day – we see and support you. You do not have to carry this grief alone 🦋 Spend time with loved ones today, sharing memories and carrying on traditions that honor our mothers. Make time for self-care and know you are loved💙

There's still time to apply for our summer camps! We're so excited to bring our children and families to Hermann Sons Life Camp for three days of hope and healing. Spots are open for Summer Camp Heroes in June, as well as our August Camp for families.

Summer Camp Heroes is a three-day, overnight bereavement camp for youth ages 11-17 who have experienced the death of a family member or friend. Our August Camp is also a three-day, overnight bereavement camp designed for family units who have experienced the death of a family member or friend. There are still spots available for both! You can visit CBCST.org/grief-camps for more information and to apply!

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and CBCST is proud to provide mental health programming and counseling to children across our community. Grief can have serious impacts on the mental health of developing youth. By walking alongside children and their caregivers on their grief journeys, we provide hope and healing for difficult days ahead🦋
